While sheltering-in-place across Nashville, singer-songwriter Anderson East and his six bandmates performed a number of songs together from their respective homes for a new video series that East has dubbed the Isolation Collective Sessions.

The split-screen visual for the tune “House Is a Building” highlights each of the band member’s talents up close as East sings, “If a house is a building, home is a feeling.”

The song originally appeared on East’s 2018 album Encore and then appeared again on last year’s Alive in Tennessee, a live album that East recorded at the historic Ryman Auditorium.

The series is free, but East asks fans to donate to the MusiCares’ COVID-19 Relief Fund, which supports artists affected by the global pandemic and in need of support.

Another installment in the series is due out soon.
