Saint Motel to Hosting Interactive Movie Screenings

Way back in 2014, the Los Angeles-based rock/pop act Saint Motel made its label debut with My Type. The EP delivered a huge hit with the catchy, retro-leaning title track, which is also featured on the Paper Towns soundtrack.

Last year, the group began to unveil its third full-length album in three parts. First up, they uncovered The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack: Part One.

The band just posted a new music video for “Van Horn,” and it plans to release Part 2 and Part 3 of The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack later this year.

Unable to tour because of COVID-19 concerns, the band also recently launched its Saint Motel Movie Club. Each week, it invites fans to collectively watch classic flicks with it via the Netflix party extension for Chrome. The club kicked things off with a screening of the John Hughes film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and followed it up with Dustin Hoffman classic Tootsie.

For more information about the club including future screenings, visit the band’s Instagram.
