Persian Pop Singer Chloe Star Announces Fall Tour
Following the release of her latest Garbage-inspired single, “Games,” Persian and Indigenous singer-songwriter, visual artist and tribal advocate Chloe Star is set to kick off a tour next month, marking the latest chapter in a breakout year.
So far this year, Star has performed at major festivals and cultural events across the UK and U.S., including the main stage at London Pride, New York Pride Festival, Back Lot Bash in Chicago, as well as Out & Abt in New York and the Dinah in California.
Star grew up between her family’s reservation in San Bernardino and Los Angeles, drawing early inspiration from her Persian and indigenous roots. Her musical journey began as a pre-teen when she used journaling and other art forms to develop her artistic skills. Influenced by artists including Amy Winehouse, Nirvana, Janis Joplin and YUNGBLUD, her music has a definite edge to it and recalls P!nk, Halsey, Avril Lavigne and Paramore.
